- I don’t continue to work if last month’s retainer is not paid
- I never publish prices on my website

- I add $2,500 to my speaking fee if I have to get on a plane

- I will not travel into Manhattan without an up front travel fee

- When an invoice is not paid by day 30 I get on the phone to the client
